Compacts tend to vary in sizes, though they usually are able to control a larger area, and might even have different chapters outside of their area of influence. Unlike cells, Compacts have much more man power, resources, and knowledge, making them quite a bit tougher. However Compacts are more prone to infighting, being infiltrated, and legal issues might arise.

Status

To reflect upon the more organized nature of a compact, being a part of a compact instantly means you have a status in it, which can grant one resources, allies, contacts, skills and so on. HOWEVER while one can have status in multiple compacts, one also has to maintain that status, which depends on the organization. For instance, the Union is a lot more open to your actions,mostly judging you by hunting, and if you call people to say you can't, while phoenix park requires you to do your job.
