Whenever the monsters in industry started being too much, poeple organized, Whenever monsters started threating communties, people organized, and the Union is an expansion to this. They are people with jobs and loved ones and will do anything to protect them. Cause of this the Union is more "Tolarante" of Supernaturals that dont go fuck around. A vamp who made a deal with a blood transfustion place is going to draw less ire than some Vamp who munches on Deilvery men.
History
Though having history in labor unions, the modern union was made due to the work of a Holly Ramirez, who tryed to organzie... and they got infutarted and memeber disappered into the night. Learning form mistakes, they made the Union Fourms and made the Compact an Invite only deal, to stop infultration.This lead to the Union becoming a strong compact, and allowing different chapter to apper around the world

What ever is hurting people, doesnt matter what, could be Drug dealers, Stalkers, slasher,ghost, Werewolves, Spirits, Vamps, weird smoke owls, mages, if that whats messing with the commuity, they their will be hell to pay.
