Cells, as stated before, are the smallest form of hunter groups, and tend to lack alot of things. Time, money, equipment, and most importantly, knowledge.
However the Size can help in a variety of ways, making them harder to notice, more able to respond to Threats and the general closeness of everyone can help…
But also hinder them with deaths hitting harder, leaving cells to disband or throw themselves in for revenge

Tactics

Through dedicated training and on the Hunt experience, Hunter thought their conditioning might be able to win this.
Tactics allow hunters to accomplish larger scale goals, such as observing monsters to find their weakness , resisting mind control, Controlled emulation, corralling critters, and
even harvesting samples from a live monster.

Code

To stay sane, many hunters swear a Code, either aloud, or with their inner Voice, doenst mattter. The Code Varies Wildly from hunter to hunter,
but usally the univeral Rule is to Proptect or to at least not go after human Targets, though some Hunters might escew this "rule".
Some people might even veiw Person as some tpyes of Monsters, like some guy that got
frocably turned into a vampire, one could still call them a Person or even Human.
But know this isn't all that common.
